  • Document chief complaints, exam findings, and physician-patient interactions in real time.

  • Quickly retrieve patient information, test results, and reports to assist the provider.

  • Capture Review of Systems (ROS), Assessments, and Treatment Plans accurately.

  • Input medical orders, prescriptions, and referrals directly into the EMR—reducing admin work for the provider.
