Our Story

Eleos Virtual Healthcare Solutions is a family-led company, co-owned and operated by the Pak and Hirsch families. Dr. Pak saw firsthand the overwhelming administrative burden placed on U.S. providers and envisioned a way to alleviate it. To bring the idea to life, he reached out to his longtime friend and business leader, Bernardo Hirsch. The Hirsch family—well-established entrepreneurs and owners of Estaciones de Servicio de Centroamérica (ESCA), a leading energy company in Honduras—recognized a unique opportunity to connect the growing need for administrative support in the U.S. with the untapped talent of physicians awaiting residency placements in Honduras.

Through their business network, Bernardo and his son Siegfried Hirsch partnered with Unitech University to create a pipeline of bilingual, college-educated medical professionals eager to support U.S. providers while keeping their skills sharp. With Kristy Pak as CFO and Alejandro López—bringing operational expertise, Eleos was built to fill a crucial gap in healthcare by matching U.S. providers with highly skilled virtual support, ensuring better efficiency, career opportunities for international physicians, and an improved patient experience.
