Handling Performance Concerns:

1️⃣ Provide real-time feedback and coaching.
2️⃣ If issues persist, document conversations and notify Eleos HR.
3️⃣ Termination requires at least three (3) documented coaching events.

Scheduling, PTO & Holiday Expectations

Eleos VHAs work on a standard 40-hour-per-week schedule.

 VHA Paid Time Off (PTO)

✔ VHAs must request PTO through their supervisor and Eleos HR.
✔ Your clinic is NOT invoiced for PTO days—Eleos covers vacation time.

 Holiday Observations

✔ VHAs follow your clinic’s holiday schedule, not Honduran holidays.
✔ Your clinic is invoiced for holidays that your VHA observes.

 Office Closures & Client PTO

✔ If your clinic is closed, VHAs remain scheduled and billable—assign them alternative tasks.
✔ If a team member is on PTO, ensure the VHA is reassigned to maintain productivity.
